The management of
Madeline's @ Jells have
come to a commercial arrangement with the W.A.S. whereby members may
exhibit their works for sale on the walls.
The convenor of this project
is Suzanne Mitchell, who does a great job of hanging the pictures
submitted by our members. |
|

 |
|
With
over nine kilometres of paths and trails, hectares of wide open spaces and
picnic areas for everyone to enjoy,
Jells Park attracts over 700,000 visitors a year. It is home to a
large variety of bird life in the native bushland and around the lake and
wetlands.
|
 |
Set
in these lovely surroundings, the tea house is visited by a large number
of nature lovers and those who enjoy the outdoors, wildlife and natural
surroundings.
At
this stage we have planned a 3-months' cycle. Each cycle will have its own
theme.

|
|
It may be
helpful to members to know that:
 |
It
is a non-commercial arrangement between the WAS and the Tea House
Management |
 |
The
Tea House Management is free to use the display of works in its
marketing and promotion |
 |
No
commission is charged by either party |
 |
Members exhibit their works at their own risk. |
|
 |
|
|
|
The
pictures have exhibit labels with details of title, artist and price.
The
convenor's telephone number appears on the exhibit label for contact, if a
patron of the tea house wishes to make a purchase.
The
convenor will conclude the sale, collect payment and contact the artist to
hand over the proceeds and arrange for a replacement.
For
further information, please contact the convenor, Suzanne Mitchell, 9560
0056.
